- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting client relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and communicative work environment.
- Organize sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policy.
- Contribute to product visual presentation, adhering to brand standards.
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and follow company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
$20-23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
