- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized client interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to LOEWE's guidelines.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
