1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building long-lasting relationships with clients.
3. Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized client interactions.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
6. Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards.
7. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to LOEWE's guidelines.
8. Uphold the brand's image standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
12. Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
13. Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
3. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
4. Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
6. Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
