- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the brand's growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and manage customer data for tailored client interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, aligning with LOEWE's aesthetic.
- Ensure compliance with LOEWE's image standards and company policies.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Manage a detailed client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes as needed.
- Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
