- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and foster long-lasting relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through exemplary customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workplace environment and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to brand standards.
- Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting is required.
