- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the workplace environment and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Organize the sales floor and stockroom according to company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products in line with Loewe's standards.

- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate effectively.
