- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products.
- Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Record customer information accurately.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and notes.
- Maintain an accurate and organized client book.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience.
- Proven history of exceeding targets and building relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to different customer needs.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
