1. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, driving business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and build lasting relationships.
3. Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer service.
4. Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Foster a collaborative and communicative workplace culture.
6. Ensure organization and compliance with company policy in both sales floor and stockroom.
7. Contribute to visual merchandising in line with Loewe’s standards.
8. Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues promptly, including shipping and alterations.
14. Contribute to store housekeeping and image maintenance.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer and colleague relationships.

7. Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.

$22.80 - $26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
