1. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, driving business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
3. Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through superior customer engagement.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized interactions.
5. Promote a collaborative and communicative work environment.

9. Accurately record customer information in the database.

12. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
13. Support general store maintenance and image upkeep.
14. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

2. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
