- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the brand's growth and success.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-term client relationships and showcasing extensive knowledge of LOEWE's products and history.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through exemplary customer service.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Promote a collaborative and communicative workplace culture.
- Maintain organization and adherence to company policies in both the sales floor and stockroom.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, ensuring alignment with LOEWE's standards.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
- Accurately record customer information and maintain an organized client book.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting is required.
