- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service, fostering enduring client relationships.
- Exceed individual KPI targets through exceptional customer service.

- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
