1. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to business growth.

6. Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
7. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to brand standards.
8. Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Record customer information accurately in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, focusing on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
3. Experience as a visual merchandiser with an eye for detail.
4. Ability to lead and prioritize projects effectively.
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus.

The position offers an hourly rate of $21.50 to $27, dependent on skills and experience.
