1. Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.

6. Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.

10. Record customer information accurately in the database.
11. Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book, initiate regular client contact, and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building enduring relationships.
3. Customer-centric approach.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven.
5. Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
6. Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
7. Eye for detail.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to communicate eloquently with third parties.
10. Proven track record to lead and prioritize projects.
11. Flexible and strong organizational skills.
12. Computer skills: proficient in office packages and Mac.
13. Bilingual in English/Spanish (and/or French) is a plus but not required.

Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $27 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
