- Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building long-lasting relationships with clients and showcasing extensive knowledge of Loewe's products and heritage.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by providing top-tier customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative culture with colleagues to enhance the workplace environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to Loewe's standards.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, initiate regular client contact, and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building enduring relationships.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Computer skills: proficient in office packages and Mac.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (and/or French) is a plus but not required.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $27 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
