- Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
- Highlight product categories through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
- Expand and update the client book using company tools.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to meet store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
- Maintain products in an organized, clean, and secure manner, both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
- Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
- Experience in a customer-centric role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
