1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Connect with clients in an engaging emotional way to provide an exceptional and memorable client experience.
3. Engage with all clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
4. Maintain relations with clients through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and transmit the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.
8. Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
9. Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
10. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house.
11. Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Follow the company’s policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

2. Experience within a similar customer-centric role.
3. A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Naturally inclusive and open-minded.

1. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in style and approach.
2. Effective communication skills with the sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio.
3. Results-driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on the team player attitude.
4. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
