1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Engage clients emotionally to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.

5. Showcase product categories through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
6. Expand and update client information using company tools.
7. Collaborate effectively as a team player to meet store objectives.
8. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
9. Maintain product organization and cleanliness both front and back of house.
10. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
11. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
