Loewe Client Advisor and Operations Expert

1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to LOEWE's commercial objectives while delivering exceptional client experiences.
2. Meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention, utilizing appointment revenue, client segmentation, and other metrics.
3. Collaborate with the Store Director to effectively balance client engagement and operational support.
4. Maintain operational cadence, including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
5. Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director.
6. Support Client Advisors in processing send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with LOEWE policies.
7. Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, ensuring thorough preparation and reconciliation.
8. Adhere to all sales and operational policies, ensuring excellence and precision.
9. Process all POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper wrapping and client data capture.
10. Protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist with replenishment orders.
