1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Connect with clients in an engaging and emotional manner to provide an exceptional client experience.
3. Engage with all clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
4. Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.
8. Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
9. Actively participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s visual standards.
10. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in style and approach.
2. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
3. Results-driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on teamwork.
4. Fluent in English and Dutch.

Beginner level experience in a similar customer-centric role is required.
