1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through engaging emotional connections.

6. Highlight product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.

9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s visual standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.

6. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.

8. Fluent in English and Dutch.
