1. Define and lead the technological strategy, ensuring alignment with LOEWE's business objectives and long-term vision.
2. Oversee the development of scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructure, collaborating with teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
3. Guide and inspire the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
4. Manage the implementation and optimization of cloud solutions (Azure & GCP), ensuring they meet business needs and maintain security standards.
5. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
6. Collaborate across departments to ensure technology initiatives support company goals and drive business growth.
7. Enhance customer support processes, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to user issues.
8. Develop disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity and minimize risks.
9. Supervise technological aspects of new store and site openings, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
10. Lead research and development to explore emerging technologies and drive innovation.

1. Minimum 10 years in a leadership tech role, preferably as a CTO or in a similar capacity.

1. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
2. Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and IT infrastructure.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
5. Strategic, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset.

A minimum of 10 years in a leadership technology role, ideally as a CTO or in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of driving technological innovation and strategy.
