- Serve as the primary expert on e-commerce performance, analyzing sales trends and identifying key success drivers across global markets.
- Develop and refine sales forecasts, translating them into actionable KPIs to guide teams and drive business outcomes.
- Lead website optimization efforts, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards common objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, optimizing the use of CRO and tracking tools.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards for clear visibility into e-commerce performance.
- Conduct weekly business performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Analyze navigation behavior to identify user experience pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Integrate customer segmentation insights into analyses at both global and regional levels.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Performance, or Business Planning, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
