1. Provide an exemplary, personalised sales experience for LOEWE fragrances across the entire customer journey, both at the counter and via proactive floor engagement.
2. Initiate contact, welcome clients, identify and reformulate client needs to propose tailored fragrance solutions and complementary products.
3. Demonstrate and present product offers, manage sampling and educate clients on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
4. Develop and nurture durable client relationships using loyalty programmes, targeted outreach and follow‑up activities.
5. Strive to achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets and contribute to local commercial KPIs.
6. Maintain counter presentation and visual merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
7. Monitor inventory levels, report stock issues to management and perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience; ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages strongly advantageous.
4. Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with autonomy and proactivity in a retail environment.

At least 3 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within luxury goods, beauty or fashion; demonstrable success in achieving retail sales targets and building repeat client relationships.

High school graduate or equivalent
