Loewe Assistant Store Director

- Identify key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Director and Retail Excellence Operations Manager.
- Support the Store Director in driving best practices and optimizing processes.
- Identify and address gaps in the team's knowledge of store operations.
- Conduct training for new hires and follow-up trainings on store operating systems.
- Support the team in achieving stock loss targets by implementing new policies and procedures.
- Lead operational projects and provide support during their launch.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis and forward planning.
- Support CRM initiatives and ensure client data quality.
- Develop forecasting tools for business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Manage vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve services.
- Drive efficiencies in stock organization and storage.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and corporate policies.
- Enhance replenishment potential and challenge the Merchandising team to improve market potential.
- Develop and empower associates to achieve sales objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, is required.
Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
