Loewe Area Manager

1. Collaborate with the Vice President of Retail and Global Retail Excellence team to define and implement regional business strategies.
2. Empower store leaders to develop market-specific business plans to drive traffic and expand the client base.
3. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
4. Support and deliver network expansion with autonomy in hiring, training, and sales initiatives.
5. Recommend store renovations, upgrades, and expansions to enhance sales and market presence.
6. Lead teams in promoting Loewe's culture and values, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
7. Review performance metrics to set strategies and actions for improved results.
8. Enhance retail KPIs such as CRM, NPS, and productivity to boost sales and client engagement.
9. Partner with store leadership to cultivate a culture of continuous hiring and talent development.
10. Ensure store standards reflect the brand's high standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
11. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store presentation aligns with brand collections.
12. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management and operations.
2. Experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods and Ready-to-Wear.
3. Proven ability to motivate sales teams and achieve challenging objectives.

1. Strong understanding of the North American luxury market and consumer behavior.
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in public speaking and corporate presentations.
4. Exceptional organizational skills.
5. Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
7. Experience with Cegid and visual merchandising is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in retail management and operations, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail. Experience in leading network expansion is advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000, dependent on skills and experience.
