Loewe Area Manager

- Collaborate with the Vice President of Retail and Global Retail Excellence team to define and implement regional business strategies.
- Empower store leaders to develop market-specific business plans to drive traffic and expand the client base.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Support and deliver network expansion with autonomy in hiring, training, and sales initiatives.
- Recommend store renovations, upgrades, and expansions to enhance sales and market presence.
- Lead teams in promoting Loewe's culture and values, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- Review performance metrics to set strategies and actions for improved results.
- Enhance retail KPIs such as CRM, NPS, and productivity to boost sales and client engagement.
- Partner with store leadership to cultivate a culture of continuous hiring and talent development.
- Ensure store standards reflect the brand's high standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store presentation aligns with brand collections.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management and operations.
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail, particularly in Leather Goods and Ready-to-Wear.
- Proven ability to motivate sales teams and achieve challenging objectives.
- Strong understanding of the North American luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in public speaking and corporate presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Cegid and visual merchandising is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in retail management and operations, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail. Experience in leading network expansion is advantageous.
The compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000, dependent on skills and experience.
