1. Manage projects for conceptual design and layout development of special projects and new Loewe offices, ensuring feasibility in execution, budget, and timeline.
2. Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings, prototypes, and presentations.
3. Develop creative moodboards and source visual references to support the design process.
4. Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and ensure all needs are met.
5. Liaise with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout project phases.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
7. Research and source new materials, furniture, and innovative techniques, staying informed of trends in design, art, fashion, and architecture.

1. 3-5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on office design projects and experience in ephemeral architecture and/or retail projects.
2. Advanced proficiency in graphic representation skills including 2D drawings (AutoCAD), 3D drawings (SketchUp, 3D Studio, Rhino), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Advanced level of Spanish and English.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on office and retail design projects.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
