Loewe Architect Project Manager

- Manage projects for conceptual design and layout development of special projects and new LOEWE offices, ensuring feasibility in execution, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings, prototypes, and presentations for design proposals.
- Develop creative moodboards and source visual references to support and communicate design ideas.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and ensure all needs are met.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout project phases.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Support research and sourcing of new materials, furniture, and innovative techniques, staying updated with trends in design, art, fashion, and architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on office design projects, ephemeral architecture, and/or retail projects.
- Proficiency in graphic representation skills including 2D drawings (AutoCAD), 3D drawings (SketchUp, 3D Studio, Rhino), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced level of Spanish and English.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Creativity and innovation with a portfolio appreciated.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on office design and related projects.
