1. Manage projects for conceptual design and layout development of special projects and new LOEWE offices, ensuring feasibility in execution, budget, and timeline.
2. Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings, prototypes, and presentations for design proposals.
3. Develop creative moodboards and source visual references to support and communicate design ideas.
4. Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and ensure all needs are met.
5. Liaise with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout project phases.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
7. Support research and sourcing of new materials, furniture, and innovative techniques, staying updated with trends in design, art, fashion, and architecture.

1. 3-5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on office design projects, ephemeral architecture, and/or retail projects.
2. Proficiency in graphic representation skills including 2D drawings (AutoCAD), 3D drawings (SketchUp, 3D Studio, Rhino), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Advanced level of Spanish and English.
