Loewe Allocation Manager

- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory strategies across the entire product lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor inventory targets by category and store, managing inventory flow, replenishment, and consolidations.
- Create and execute release plans for varying launch date requirements across retail stores and wholesale accounts.
- Manage stock flow from Spain, advocating for optimal replenishment levels to increase sell-through and inventory profitability.
- Generate weekly allocation reports, identifying gaps and developing new reports to enhance decision-making.
- Implement and test global supply chain tools for allocations and reporting.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for the 3PL warehouse, managing inbound/outbound shipments and strategic projects.
- Maintain regular communication with retail store teams to fulfill customer requests and provide updates on product delivery status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in allocation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including retail math and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player with a passion for inventory management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in allocation within the fashion or luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
