1. Draft weekly commercial performance reports.
2. Conduct CRM reporting.
3. Perform commercial data and transaction analyses for each boutique.
4. Update and manage boutique managers' schedules.
5. Administer monthly payroll data.
6. Coordinate event organization, including training sessions.
7. Monitor and manage invoices.
8. Create vendor profiles in the system.
9. Oversee boutique budget management.
10. Track and update boutique maintenance requests.
11. Assist the retail operations manager with maintenance requests.

1. Previous similar experience appreciated, with knowledge of retail.
2. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Comfortable working with numerical data.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Proactive and curious with the ability to quickly adapt and work autonomously.

No prior experience required, but similar experience is appreciated.

The internship is a full-time, six-month position starting in September 2025, located near Place Vendôme. A valid internship agreement is mandatory.
