1. Assist the Workplace Manager within the Information Systems Directorate in daily operations and projects.
2. Contribute to the industrialisation and standardisation of end-user equipment and desktop applications.
3. Manage and integrate Workplace-related projects across the LVMH group.
4. Plan and execute deployments and renewals of workstations; manage decommissioning of obsolete assets and software versions.
5. Implement projects aimed at improving the collaborators’ work environment.
6. Provide Level 2 user support for the Workplace perimeter.
7. Write and update technical procedures, including installation and operational processes for tools and systems.
8. Manage Office 365 accounts and identities.
9. Administer and operate fleet management and administration tools.

1. Currently enrolled in an IT degree programme, engineering school, or equivalent (apprenticeship required).
2. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Proactive, curious and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
4. Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude for user support.
5. Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Entry-level: suitable for students with little or no professional experience. Prior internships or hands‑on exposure to IT support, deployments or scripting are advantageous.

Enrolled in a computer science or IT programme (school, university or equivalent); apprenticeship contract (alternance) required.
