1. Welcome and assist customers in the wine section, identifying their needs and offering a diverse selection of wines and spirits.
2. Advise customers, guide their choices, provide detailed product information, and facilitate sales, including upselling and fostering customer loyalty.
3. Ensure the attractiveness and organization of the wine section through restocking, cleaning, and product display.
4. Participate in pre-purchase tastings and assist in organizing tastings conducted by winemakers.
5. Propose and conduct wine tastings for customers.
6. Contribute to daily operations of the wine section, including inventory management and order preparation.

1. Equivalent training or experience as a wine specialist or sommelier.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Customer-focused with the ability to share product knowledge and enthusiasm.
4. Strong sense of service and commercial acumen.
