Le Bon Marché Wine Specialist

- Welcome and assist customers in the wine section, identifying their needs and offering a diverse selection of wines and spirits.
- Advise customers, guide their choices, provide detailed product information, and facilitate sales, including upselling and fostering customer loyalty.
- Ensure the attractiveness and organization of the wine section through restocking, cleaning, and product display.
- Participate in pre-purchase tastings and assist in organizing tastings conducted by winemakers.
- Propose and conduct wine tastings for customers.
- Contribute to daily operations of the wine section, including inventory management and order preparation.
- Equivalent training or experience as a wine specialist or sommelier.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Customer-focused with the ability to share product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Strong sense of service and commercial acumen.
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
