1. Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs and offering a wide variety of wines and spirits.
2. Advise customers, support their choices, and facilitate sales, including upselling and customer retention.
3. Ensure the attractiveness and proper maintenance of the wine section through restocking, cleaning, and product display.
4. Participate in pre-purchase tastings and organize tastings with winemakers.
5. Propose and lead customer tastings.
6. Engage in daily operations of the section, including inventory and order preparation.

1. Equivalent training or experience as a wine specialist or sommelier.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
