1. Welcome and assist customers, identify their needs, and offer a wide variety of wines and spirits.
2. Advise clients, support them in their choices, and perform sales transactions, including complementary sales and customer loyalty efforts.
3. Ensure the attractiveness and proper maintenance of the department by participating in product setup, restocking, cleaning, and highlighting products.
4. Participate in tastings prior to purchases and assist in organizing tastings by winemakers. Propose and conduct tastings for clients.
5. Contribute to the daily operations of the department, including inventory and order preparation.

1. Currently enrolled in a complementary sommelier program or equivalent.

Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates in the field of sommellerie.
