1. Welcome and assist clients, identify their needs, and offer a wide variety of wines and spirits.
2. Advise clients, guide their choices, provide persuasive sales arguments, execute sales, and foster customer loyalty.
3. Ensure the attractiveness and maintenance of the wine section by participating in product placement, restocking, cleaning, and highlighting products.
4. Participate in pre-purchase tastings and assist in organizing tastings by winemakers. Propose and lead tastings for clients.
5. Contribute to the daily operations of the wine section, including inventory and order preparation.

1. Currently enrolled in a complementary sommelier program or equivalent.

1. Strong customer service orientation and commercial acumen.
2. Dynamic, meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a complementary sommelier certification or equivalent.
