- Welcome and assist customers, identify their needs, and offer a wide variety of wines and spirits.
- Provide expert advice, guide customer choices, and execute sales, including complementary sales to foster customer loyalty.
- Ensure the attractiveness and maintenance of the wine section through product placement, restocking, cleaning, and highlighting products.
- Participate in pre-purchase tastings and organize tastings with winemakers, with the opportunity to propose and lead customer tastings.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the section, including inventory and order preparation.
- Currently enrolled in a complementary sommelier program or equivalent.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to share knowledge and passion for products.
- Strong sense of service and commercial acumen.
- Dynamic, meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
Entry-level experience is acceptable.
Currently pursuing complementary sommelier studies or equivalent.
