1. Develop and implement planograms and concepts in alignment with the Image Direction strategy.
2. Select appropriate materials and accessories for product displays, including mannequins, stands, and lighting.
3. Install and arrange products in-store or in window displays according to established plans.
4. Create cohesive and harmonious visual atmospheres by manipulating colors, textures, and volumes.
5. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of sales areas and visual presentations.
6. Make adjustments and improvements based on results and feedback.
7. Stay informed about new merchandising techniques and visual trends.
8. Conduct regular reporting on actions taken and results achieved.

1. Significant experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Education in applied arts, spatial design, visual merchandising, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer tools: Knowledge of CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp) and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Autonomy, dynamism, and responsiveness.
3. Proactive and initiative-taking.
4. Passion for fashion, design, and visual trends.
5. Ability to manage priorities.
6. Creativity and aesthetic sense: Ability to design original and attractive visual presentations.
7. Knowledge of merchandising techniques: Mastery of layout, staging, and visual communication principles.
8. Attention to detail and organization: Precision in task execution and adherence to deadlines.
9. Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to work in a team and communicate with various stakeholders (store managers, suppliers, etc.).

Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the luxury sector.

Degree in applied arts, spatial design, visual merchandising, or equivalent.
