Le Bon Marché Traffic Manager

- Define and lead the digital acquisition and ROI-driven strategy for Le Bon Marché, focusing primarily on lagrandeepicerie.com and lebonmarche.com, in alignment with the overall media strategy.
- Collaborate with the media and acquisition project manager to construct and manage the budget for performance acquisition levers and paid social, targeting awareness, traffic, and conversion objectives.
- Implement and coordinate all ROI-driven acquisition campaigns in partnership with dedicated agencies.
- Ensure continuous performance (ROI/ROAS) of digital acquisition levers in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
- Establish, update, and disseminate performance and ROI-oriented traffic reporting.
- Provide budget recommendations, explore new channels, and optimize existing channels and landing pages.
- Create synergies between paid social and paid search, optimizing the budget to meet the objectives of both entities.
- Test new performance acquisition levers.
- Coordinate with various internal (artistic direction, e-commerce team, social media team) and external (agencies, freelance photographers) stakeholders.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and propose effective action plans to enhance site traffic for La Grande Epicerie de Paris and Le Bon Marché.
- Stay abreast of innovations in acquisition channels and assess their relevance for the sites of La Grande Epicerie de Paris and Le Bon Marché.
- Advanced degree in marketing/web-marketing (university or business school), equivalent to a Master's level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance-driven traffic acquisition, either in an agency or in-house.
- Proficiency in web traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics).
- Understanding of tracking and contribution issues related to acquisition channels.
- Initial experience in managing Google Ads or Display performance campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO issues is advantageous.
