Responsibilities
- Define and manage the digital acquisition and ROI-driven strategy for Le Bon Marché, focusing on lagrandeepicerie.com and lebonmarche.com, in alignment with the overall media strategy.
- Collaborate with the media and acquisition project manager to construct and manage the budget for performance acquisition levers and paid social media.
- Implement and coordinate all ROI-driven acquisition campaigns in collaboration with dedicated agencies.
- Ensure continuous performance (ROI/ROAS) of digital acquisition levers in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
- Establish, update, and disseminate performance and ROI-oriented traffic reporting.
- Provide budget recommendations, explore new channels, and optimize existing channels.
- Create synergies between paid social and paid search, optimizing the budget to meet objectives.
- Test new performance acquisition levers.
- Coordinate between various internal (artistic direction, e-commerce, social media) and external (agencies, freelance photographers) stakeholders.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and propose effective action plans to develop website traffic.
- Stay informed about innovations in acquisition channels and analyze their relevance for the websites.
Qualifications
- Higher education in marketing/web-marketing (university, business school), level Bac +5
- At least 3 years of experience in performance-driven traffic acquisition in an agency or with an advertiser
Skills
- Proficiency in web traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics)
- Understanding of tracking and contribution issues of acquisition channels
- Experience in managing Google Ads or Display performance campaigns
- SEO understanding is a plus

Experience Requirements
