Le Bon Marché Technical Manager

1. Manage, support, and develop Maintenance and Operations Technicians as well as Technical Team Leaders.
2. Plan and organize the activities of internal and external teams.
3. Oversee and optimize the maintenance of technical installations such as refrigeration units, display cases, and cold rooms.
4. Validate technical or supplier choices with the Director of Le Bon Marché and ensure the quality and follow-up of interventions.
5. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations and equipment.
6. Define necessary technical improvements or adaptations in compliance with environmental legislation, in collaboration with the Energy Efficiency Coordinator.
7. Manage maintenance contracts and provide periodic activity reports.
8. Oversee the allocated budget and maintain appropriate stock levels of parts.
9. Implement and enforce safety rules through procedures and awareness actions.

1. Technical training in HVAC, electricity, or multi-technical fields, with a degree ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+5.
2. Significant experience (at least 5 years) in technical supervision, ideally in ERP within the retail or hospitality sector.

1. Strong knowledge in refrigeration and building maintenance.
2. Proven leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to unite teams and work transversally.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Client-oriented with a hands-on approach.

Minimum of 10 years in a related field with substantial experience in technical supervision.

Technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in HVAC, electricity, or multi-technical fields.
