1. Develop and implement the Social Responsibility roadmap.
2. Coordinate, execute, monitor, and evaluate social responsibility initiatives with internal HR and operational teams.
3. Collaborate with Internal Communication teams to enhance the visibility and impact of the Social Responsibility strategy through communication tools and event organization.
4. Propose and lead internal awareness initiatives.
5. Compile data for social responsibility reports, including consolidation, data analysis, impact assessment, and improvement proposals.
6. Conduct research on sustainability topics and participate in sustainability committees with other LVMH Houses.
7. Support the School Actions and HR Development Officer in initiatives promoting the company's Houses, professions, and expertise to young talents.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in Sustainability.
2. Strong sensitivity to social and societal issues.
3. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
4. Recognized for organizational rigor and analytical thinking.
