1. Ensure the supply of a portfolio of suppliers to prevent stockouts and optimize stock coverage.
2. Monitor supplier orders to the warehouse and manage returns with the relevant department heads.
3. Address and resolve receipt anomalies and manage stock discrepancies, including expired and obsolete products.
4. Collaborate with the purchasing department to anticipate merchandise flow and align with commercial strategies.
5. Coordinate with department heads on product movement, including permanent and new items.
6. Manage orders and oversee commercial operations across departments.
7. Analyze supply chain performance through annual and monthly reports to identify improvement areas.
8. Diagnose and implement corrective actions based on supply chain KPIs.
9. Draft strategic proposals for flow anticipation, storage capacity, delivery scheduling, and performance indicators.
10. Develop best practices with suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Basic understanding of stock management (WMS) and order processing (ERP) systems.
3. Basic English language skills.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
5. Strong supplier and vendor relationship management skills.
6. Recognized for anticipation, management, and leadership capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management, ideally within the food industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
