1. Manage and optimize storage spaces within commercial departments.
2. Organize merchandise efficiently.
3. Ensure adherence to 5S/Lean principles in back-office areas.
4. Facilitate communication and coordination with Sales and Purchasing teams.
5. Participate in the re-labeling of stored merchandise.
6. Ensure task completion as per the schedule and alert in case of any issues.
7. Prepare merchandise returns.
8. Participate in departmental inventories.
9. Manage restocking, particularly during specific periods or departments such as beauty during Christmas.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in stock/logistics.

4. Capable of reporting on stock status.
5. Proficient in using computer tools.
