Le Bon Marché Stock Manager

- Collaborate with grocery teams to ensure product availability in-store.
- Receive and process directives from the Sector Manager regarding supply and parameter settings.
- Identify and analyze stock shortages, implementing corrective actions.
- Address discrepancies in theoretical stock levels based on feedback from stockists and sales employees.
- Anticipate product flows for commercial events by staying informed about estimated quantities for promotions.
- Participate in logistics activity meetings, including supply updates and ad-hoc discussions.
- Manage unreadable stock items to alert assistants and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Oversee warehouse supply settings and propose improvements for stock presentation and categorization.
- Conduct random or targeted checks on incoming deliveries, such as direct supplier shipments.
- Determine order quantities and monitor orders from sales points to the warehouse, including tracking returns.
- Work with a stockist to transport products to the sales floor and maintain assigned storage areas.
- Prepare and conduct rotating inventories in-store and in storage, including zoning and material preparation.
- Plan the supply of products nearing their minimum durability date.
- Manage markdowns by identifying products for disposal, tracking obsolete stock, and implementing corrective actions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supply management, preferably in food and seasonal products.
- Proven ability to anticipate, manage, and lead stock operations.
- Proficiency in computer tools and stock management software.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Recognized for rigor, initiative, and teamwork capabilities.
- Exemplary, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supply management, ideally within the food sector and sensitive to seasonal variations.
