1. Oversee surveillance across various sites, ensuring seamless operations during openings, closings, and events.
2. Monitor the ingress and egress of customers and staff.
3. Conduct perimeter surveillance as necessary.
4. Combat inventory shrinkage through preventive and corrective measures, evaluating their effectiveness.
5. Contribute to security enhancement projects with innovative proposals.
6. Participate in departmental inventories and manage surveillance equipment.
7. Report any malfunctions or anomalies.
8. Provide regular reports to the Deputy Head of Internal Security for issue resolution.
9. Maintain shifts within the video surveillance unit.

1. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in security, preferably in retail or large-scale distribution, or within military, gendarmerie, or police forces.
2. Diplomacy, reliability, and meticulousness with strong anticipatory and methodical skills.
3. Customer and results-oriented with a proactive approach to service quality improvement.
4. Proficient in report writing and computer skills (Word/Excel).
5. Holder of CQP and ideally SIAPP 1 certification.
6. Good physical condition.
7. Availability to work weekends and evenings.
