- Assist Sales Managers in team management and commercial activities within specific departments such as Beauty, Accessories, Childrenswear, and Commercial Events.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors, providing daily coaching and information.
- Enhance commercial performance and ensure optimal customer service quality.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage customer disputes and oversee cash register operations.
- Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising for designated sectors.
- Coordinate inventory and commercial operations.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, at Bac +4/5 level.
- Initial experience in sales, preferably with team management responsibilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational prowess, adaptability, and quick responsiveness.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Entry-level experience in sales with some exposure to team management is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
