1. Lead, motivate, coach, and support the sales team on the floor.
2. Conduct individual and group meetings to develop team skills and track goal achievement.
3. Enhance commercial performance by analyzing and managing key performance indicators.
4. Ensure optimal customer service and hospitality in line with sales and service standards.
5. Implement action plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with Human Resources for daily management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
7. Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
8. Collaborate with Buyers to execute and monitor commercial operations and product placements.
9. Foster partnerships with brands within the sector.
10. Coordinate collection logistics, optimize stock management, and organize storage.
11. Organize inventories and maintain product displays and sales area presentation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales team management.
