1. Lead, motivate, coach, and support the sales team on the floor.
2. Conduct individual and group meetings to develop team competencies and track objective achievements.
3. Enhance commercial performance by analyzing and managing key performance indicators.
4. Ensure optimal customer service and reception quality in line with sales and service standards, implementing action plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with Human Resources for team management, including daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, training follow-up, and scheduling.
6. Facilitate internal communication by disseminating and gathering information from the team.
7. Coordinate with buyers on commercial operations and product placement decisions.
8. Foster partnerships with brands within the sector.
9. Oversee collection logistics, optimize stock management, and maintain storage organization.
10. Organize inventory processes.
11. Ensure product presentation and sales area maintenance.

1. Degree in commerce or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales team management.

A minimum of 3 years in a sales management role is required.
