Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team daily by motivating and coaching on the ground.
- Provide regular feedback through individual or group meetings with transparent communication.
- Define and proactively manage individual and collective objectives, and evaluate performance.
- Organize schedules to ensure a quality customer journey and adherence to zoning.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for daily management, recruitment, integration of new employees, and training follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer relations and drive commercial activity.
- Coordinate team sales, optimize department management, and maintain brand standards.
- Implement procedures and manage stock and reserves efficiently.
- Ensure optimal service quality and develop customer loyalty.
- Drive commercial performance and develop brand partnerships.
Qualifications
- Commercial training with initial experience in sales team management.
Skills
- Recognized as a team-developing manager.
- Excellence in operations, leadership, professionalism, and exemplary conduct.
- Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer tools and comfortable in English.
- Availability to work weekends.
