- Lead and motivate the sales team through daily coaching and transparent communication.
- Provide regular feedback in individual or group meetings and manage performance evaluations.
- Proactively define and manage individual and collective objectives.
- Organize schedules to ensure a high-quality customer journey and adherence to zoning regulations.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for daily management, recruitment, onboarding, and training follow-ups.
- Ensure exceptional customer relations and drive commercial activity.
- Coordinate team sales efforts, optimize department management, and uphold brand standards.
- Implement procedures and manage stock and reserves efficiently.
- Ensure optimal service quality and foster customer loyalty.
- Drive commercial performance and develop brand partnerships.
- Commercial training with initial experience in sales team management.
- Operational excellence and leadership.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in IT tools and fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Commercial training or equivalent experience.
