1. Animate a team of sales advisors: manage, coach, motivate, and inform the team daily on the ground.
2. Develop the commercial performance of the sector and ensure optimal customer service quality.
3. Analyze sales data.
4. Handle customer disputes and manage cash register openings.
5. Ensure the supply and merchandising of the sector.
6. Coordinate inventories and commercial operations.

1. Education from a business school or equivalent, level Bac +4/5.
2. First experience in sales, ideally with team management responsibilities.

1. Commercial acumen and customer-oriented.
2. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
3. Strong organizational, reactive, and adaptable abilities.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Availability on weekends.

Entry-level experience in sales with some team management exposure.

Business school or equivalent, level Bac +4/5.

The position is open for an internship or end-of-study placement starting January 2025.
