1. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing daily coaching and feedback.
2. Conduct individual and group performance evaluations, setting and managing objectives.
3. Organize staff schedules to ensure high-quality customer experiences and zoning compliance.
4. Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, integration, and training of new team members.
5. Enhance customer relationships and drive commercial activity.
6. Coordinate team sales efforts, optimize department management, and uphold brand standards.
7. Implement procedures and manage inventory and stock reserves efficiently.
8. Ensure optimal service quality and foster customer loyalty.
9. Drive commercial performance and develop brand partnerships.

1. Commercial training with initial experience in sales team management.
2. Recognized as a team-developing manager.

1. Operational excellence, leadership, and professionalism.
2. Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
3. Proficiency in IT tools and fluency in English.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Commercial training or equivalent experience.
