1. Lead and coach the sales team, providing daily motivation and on-the-ground training.
2. Conduct regular feedback sessions, ensuring transparent communication.

4. Organize staff schedules to ensure quality customer journeys and zoning compliance.
5. Oversee team management in collaboration with Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
6. Ensure exemplary customer relations and drive commercial activity.
7. Coordinate team sales efforts, optimizing department management and maintaining brand standards.
8. Implement procedures and manage stock and reserves efficiently.
9. Ensure optimal service quality and foster customer loyalty.
10. Drive commercial performance and develop brand partnerships.
