1. Animate and manage a team of sales advisors, providing daily coaching, motivation, and information.
2. Enhance commercial performance within a specific sector and ensure optimal client service quality.
3. Analyze sales data to drive business decisions.
4. Handle customer disputes and manage cash register operations.
5. Ensure stock replenishment and effective merchandising within the sector.
6. Coordinate inventory management and commercial operations.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, at a Bac +4/5 level.
2. Possession of initial sales experience, ideally with team management responsibilities.

1. Strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented approach.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Organizational prowess, with a high degree of responsiveness and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Availability to work on weekends.

Entry-level experience in sales, preferably with some team management exposure.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
