1. Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors, providing daily management, coaching, and information dissemination.
2. Enhance commercial performance within a designated sector, ensuring optimal customer service quality.
3. Conduct sales analysis to inform strategic decisions.
4. Manage customer disputes and oversee cash register operations.
5. Ensure effective stock replenishment and merchandising within the sector.
6. Coordinate inventory management and commercial operations.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, at a Bac +4/5 level.
2. Previous experience in sales, ideally with team management responsibilities.

1. Strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Organizational prowess, with a capacity for adaptability and quick response.
4. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have engaged in team management tasks.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 level education in a business-related field.
